WELCOME TO ENCINAL Elementary School!

Encinal School is a TK–8 school located in the rural community of Live Oak, California, and is one of five schools in the Live Oak Unified School District. Serving approximately 120 students, our small-school environment fosters strong relationships, personalized learning, and a commitment to student success. Through schoolwide AVID implementation, rigorous instruction, and a supportive partnership among staff, families, and students, learners develop the skills needed to become respectful, responsible, independent, and organized individuals.

Encinal is proud to be recognized as both a California Distinguished School and an AVID National Demonstration School.
